Ascend Devotional Drawing
Arise beloved into the new heights Abba has prepared for you, keeping your heart and mind locked on Him with this devotional drawing.
"Arise, beloved! You have been in a season of preparation, but now is the moment to step up and into a new level of His overwhelming brilliance of light, life, and love. You are equipped and empowered, not in your own strength, but in your complete and total dependence upon the Lord.
This new season of greater heights and grander expanse is here, but your gaze will not shift from His eyes. Your heart and mind are locked on your King and His dreams are all that you are focused upon. Like Mary of Bethany, your position is low and looking up - beholding Him, seeing His face, and being in His presence. As you step into the new, you are not overcome by fear, worry, or doubt, because truly you are unaware of the climbing heights for He has captivated you and you can’t look away.
The seemingly “big” things He will ask you to partner with Him in are simple, small steps to you, because you have been walking, climbing, ascending with Him during your preparation. Each step, every climb, has built up your muscle of love-based obedience, trusting the heart of your King. When looking back and seeing all that He has brought you through you are overwhelmed because it was His majesty you found in the daily mundane tasks of life that carried you up this mountain.
In this new elevation, others will see the light you radiate, which is just a reflection of the light you find in His eyes of love for you. He is leading you to strategic places that will bring His kingdom and He is asking to steward His presence. As you behold the beauty of the Lord, others will be inspired to follow Him as you do. Invite Holy Spirit to cup your face, holding your eyes to continue to only see Him. Keeping your heart low, cling onto the hem of His garment, as He raises you up to ascend."
